One of the most important tasks of the CCIs is to help the Russian enterprises and entrepreneurs, to represent and protect their interests concerning the conduct of economic activities. For this purpose the legal department was created in the ST CCI in April, 2010.
Tasks and objectives of the department: - representation of the ST CCI interests in court, court of arbitration and in state and non-governmental organizations while considering legal matters, processing judicial and arbitration cases. - contract, claims and actional works, - help and representation of the enterprises’ and entrepreneurs’ interests. The department renders the following services: - assistance while registering juristic persons and individual entrepreneurs, - preparation of the constituent documents: charters, articles of incorporation. Alteration and its registration. - the labour law issues: - protection of employers’ and employees’ rights and interests, - elaboration of documents that regulate the employer-employee relationships: labour contracts, duty regulations, internal code of labour conduct, , staff regulations, regulations on commercial secrets etc., - making and filing of the statements of claim (including counterclaims), petitions, inquiries, claims (claim responses), - legal counseling, - selection of regulatory legal acts on various issues, - representation in the courts of general jurisdiction, arbitration courts, - registration of rights and real estate transactions, - legal support of deals, - contract project planning with consideration for a certain case.
